In a clinic for women suffering from sex-related problems, an unknown maniac silently prowls around, spying on the patients before killing them by the bloodiest means. Suspicions are pinned on the institution’s director, who is having an affair with one of the inmates, but the behavior of the other residents also leaves room for doubt that one of them may be the killer. The police thus decide to set a trap for the killer.
