Naples, the city of a thousand contradictions. Fortunato Cerlino and Michele Riondino are Peppe and Francesco, two “falcons”, policemen of the special section of the Mobile Squad of Naples. Riding their bike, they carry the law among the most infamous alleys of the city, often using unconventional methods.
