Produced by Ermanno Curti and Armando Novelli, Caliber 9 celebrates its 50th anniversary, re-proposed in the original version. It is one of the most appreciated Italian noirs in the world, source of inspiration of contemporary masters such as Quentin Tarantino. Fernando Di Leo signed his most iconic work part of the “Trilogy of the Milieu”, along with “La mala ordina” (1972) and “The Boss” (1973); with the amazing performances by Barbara Bouchet, Gastone Moschin and Mario Adorf, and enriched with the original score by the Oscar-winning master Luis Bacalov.
Restored in collaboration with the CSC-Cineteca Nazionale and presented at the 40th edition of the Torino Film Festival, Back to Life section.
