In the mid-1960s, on the Tuscan beaches of Forte dei Marmi, the lives of several teenagers intersect, who have come there to spend their holidays with their families. Among the many members of the youthful group, the Milanese brothers Luca and Felicino Carraro stand out, now regulars at the place; the Neapolitans Paolo and Marina, who are spending their holidays in Versilia for the first time; and the Genoese Gianni, the boyfriend of the beautiful Selvaggia. Against the backdrop of the Tuscan sea and to the rhythm of the most beautiful songs of the ’60s, the love dramas and adventures of this group of youths unfold. Between flirts, romantic disappointments, games on the shore, and bonfires on the beach, the summer comes to an end. Only many years later will the protagonists of that unforgettable vacation on the coasts of Versilia meet again, to discover what destiny has in store for each of them.
