Anthropologist Rolf, academic Robert Harper, Charlie and Swan land in the Mindanao jungle to conduct research for an oil company. Upon arriving at base camp, the four, noting that the camp is deserted, realize that all the people there have been brutally murdered by the Manabu, an indigenous tribe dedicated to cannibalism. During the night, Swan is attacked and killed without her fellow adventurers noticing. The next day, the three men set out in search of the woman, but their nightmare has just begun.
